Shane Oakley has competed as a "Rookie" full time in the 2001 Baby Grand Stock Car Association. Due to a career change the 2002 season had to be run on a limited basis. The family owned operation is piloted by 36 year-old Shane Oakley – who has his sights set on capturing the 2004 “Series Champion” award in the BGSCA.
